How does it work??
As part of the 2026 WIM/WiN-SK Mentorship Program, selected participants will be matched with a mentor through a hybrid matching process, where mentees have the opportunity to review potential mentors and select their preferred match. The mentorship committee then confirms and finalizes the pairing to ensure strong alignment with each mentee’s goals, needs, and areas for growth. The program uses an online mentoring platform, MentorCity, to match mentees with mentors and provide resources to aid and guide participants through their 6-month partnership.
Partnerships will run from April 22, 2026 until October 14, 2026.
Mentors and mentees must be willing to commit to a minimum of 1-hour per month during the 6-month partnership and approximately 1 to 2-hours during the onboarding process.
