2025 Highlights

Mine Your Potential 2025 was held September 17th, 2025 at The Prairieland Park Event Center in Saskatoon, SK, Canada.

MYP featured a full day of inspiration, insight, and connection as we bring together professionals across Saskatchewan’s mining and nuclear industries. The conference featured a dynamic speaker lineup, exceptional networking opportunities, and a welcoming environment to grow your career and community.

We’re excited to have Dr. Caroline Brookfield as our 2025 Opening keynote speaker. Caroline is an author, veterinarian, entrepreneur, and award-winning innovator who helps professionals tap into creativity as a powerful tool to navigate change, reduce burnout, and drive meaningful impact.

Her keynote, “Unearthing Your Superpowers: How Creative Courage Transforms Ambiguity into Impact,”  explored how everyday creativity—often dismissed or overlooked—is actually a core leadership skill. Attendees walked away with actionable strategies (including her DANCE framework) to confidently lead, innovate, and challenge the status quo.

Bringing together the day was our Closing keynote speaker, Kellie Garrett.  Kellie shared powerful concepts from her debut book, Self-Coaching the Dragon Within, exploring the idea that the hardest person you'll ever lead is yourself.
