Dr. Jocelyn Peltier-Huntley, P.Eng., is founder of Prairie Catalyst Consulting, and Past-Chair with WIM/WiN-SK. She is a mechanical engineer with two graduate degrees, who leads globally recognized work on activating allies. Creator of the Ally Activation model and author of Active Allyship (2025), she helps organizations build inclusive cultures.

Bai Bintou Kaira is a Senior Advisor at Nutrien, leading data science initiatives to optimize potash operations. An advocate for equity in STEM, she volunteers extensively, chairs the WIM/WiN-SK Scholarship Committee, and co-founded GAPhealth to improve healthcare access in Africa.

Leanne Holtvogt, BCom, CPA, CMA, is a professional accountant and passionate advocate for accessibility and inclusion. Drawing on her lived experience as a double-arm amputee, she champions inclusive workplaces and proactive accommodations through her leadership and work in disability advocacy networks.

Philippe Lepage is a mining executive with over 28 years of experience in underground potash operations and a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion in the workplace. He serves as Director of Mine Development at Nutrien and sits on several boards, including WIM/WiN-SK, and was recognized with the 2024 Catalyst Honours Award for Business Leadership.

Stryker Calvez is a committed advocate for reconciliation and equity, working to dismantle systemic barriers and foster inclusive environments. Through research, education, and collaboration, Stryker supports organizations in advancing accessibility, Indigenous inclusion, and equity for all.

Keri Schwebius is a certified executive coach, author, and leadership facilitator who helps women leaders communicate with confidence and lead with authenticity. Drawing on expertise in emotional intelligence and psychological safety, she supports leaders in strengthening influence, navigating challenges effectively, and creating positive impact within teams, workplaces, and professional relationships.

Heather Thomson is a certified professional coach (PCC) and systemic team coach who helps women leaders strengthen confidence, executive presence, and influence. She supports leaders in overcoming self-doubt, navigating bias, and communicating with clarity and impact through coaching, leadership workshops, and practical tools that help women lead with greater confidence and credibility.

Deborah Walker is “Regina’s Speaking Coach,” an Associate Certified Coach (ICF-ACC), entrepreneur, and workshop facilitator. Through DW Coaching, she helps professionals strengthen their confidence, communication, and networking skills. Deborah is known for practical, engaging workshops that equip participants with actionable strategies to build meaningful professional relationships and communicate with impact.
