We are excited to announce that this year’s Mine Your Potential Conference (MYP) 2023 will be held in collaboration with MEMO-CIM, the Maintenance, Engineering and Reliability/Mine Operators Conference and Trade Show 2023!  This year’s MEMO theme will be “The Next Level” and MYP theme will be focused on “Growing Connections: Allyship and Beyond.”

Take in Day 1 and 2 of CIM MEMO 2023 technical learnings (MEMO 2023 – CIM Conference) and close out with MYP 2023’s personal and leadership learnings. Promo code for only valid for Early Bird and Regular tickets.

This conference will include some of the most highly respected speakers and trailblazers in the mining industry and leadership development arena from across the nation.  There will be incredible opportunities for networking, panel discussions, and break-out sessions. Topics include allyship, early conflict engagement, the importance of growing connections, time management best practices, Small Modular Reactors (SMR’s), personal growth and professional development, team building, and more. In the hybrid format, we offer you the option of participating in-person or watching the sessions virtually. Networking with in-person attendees and participating in the session discussions will not be available in the virtual format.

You don’t have to be a WIM/WiN-SK member to attend the conference (though we highly encourage you to become a member, it’s free!). We welcome all gender expressions to join us as members and attend our conferences and events as diversity makes us and the industry better as together, we are stronger.
