As a member of Cameco’s training team, you will support Cameco’s digital journey by creating and delivering optimized training for the Northern Saskatchewan Operations. Following Cameco’s digital delivery process, you will work with a variety of stakeholders to create digital learning materials using the most appropriate technology or delivery method.
In this role, you will:
- Create and moderate SharePoint materials
- Develop digital graphics
- Produce e-learning and video content
- Develop training curriculum
Required:
· Bachelor’s degree in business, education, or a related field
· Minimum three years of experience in adult education or training development
· Equivalent combination of education and work experience considered
· Strong aptitude for technology
· Computer-based training development experience
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to successfully build and maintain working relationships with all relevant stakeholders
Recommended:
· Familiarity with organizational change management
· Experience with Scrum or Agile project management methodology
· Understanding of mining or milling environments
· Expertise with SAP, Success Factors, and SharePoint

One-year temporary term.
You will have the opportunity to work remote in this position. However, there may be the need for intermittent meetings in the Saskatoon office/travel to site. The details of this flex work arrangement will be discussed with you in the recruitment process.
