ENGAGING MEN AS ADVOCATES FOR INCLUSION: The missing piece to your ED&I strategy with Brett Elmgren

About this event

Despite significant effort and organizational commitment, most organizations struggle to realize their inclusive cultural aspirations. This talk will explore the belief that you “can’t change the dominant culture, without involving the dominant culture.” Based on his work leading Talent Management and ED&I strategies at PotashCorp/Nutrien, and as a partnered facilitator of the Men Advocating Real Change (MARC) movement with Catalyst,

Brett Elmgren will guide us through an impactful session which focuses on how to evolve your ED&I strategies to fully engage men as advocates for inclusion. We will explore the primary reasons why men don’t fully engage as advocates, understand the unintended consequences of current ED&I strategies, and provide practical ways to engage men as true advocates for inclusion.
