As a seasoned professional, Raegan has amassed two decades of experience working in diverse capacities across various projects and operational settings. Her technical background in civil engineering, coupled with her strategic mindset, has contributed to her career journey through field and management positions, to her current role as Managing Director of Corporate Development at Graham.
Raegan's involvement in initiatives that bridge the gender gap and promote allyship within the construction and mining community showcases her passion for fostering collaboration and collective growth. Through her various roles, including serving as a mentor to aspiring professionals and championing programs that facilitate the entry of underrepresented groups into the industry, she has helped in dismantling barriers and creating pathways for aspiring talent.
